My experience at the hotel was quite mixed. The natural pools and sulfur mud lake had a lot of potential, but the infrastructure left much to be desired. The accommodations were basic and not very well-kept, which affected the overall comfort of my stay. On the upside, if you like rustic settings and enjoy soaking in natural thermal waters, this place offers some unique relaxation spots. However, I would recommend going with lower expectations, as the services and facilities need significant improvement.

The wooden cabins were basic with a king-sized bed, but they felt quite cold at night and not very inviting. I noticed some rusty nails exposed, which could be a hazard, especially for children.

The service was helpful when it came to opening gates and providing quick responses, but there was limited service overall since the restaurant was closed.

The hotel has a unique appeal with its Sulfur Mud Lake and natural thermal pools, but it's clear that it needs significant improvements in administration and infrastructure. The rooms and facilities seem neglected, and the long walks in the cold can dampen the experience. However, the healing properties of the thermal waters are a definite draw for those seeking relaxation. Guests should come prepared with their own necessities as dining options are limited.

This place has a unique charm with a natural sulfur mud lake, but it has some serious issues that need fixing. The cold weather and long distances between facilities made it uncomfortable at times. The rustic cabins could use improvements, but the thermal pools were nice and warm for relaxation. Overall, it has potential, but don't set your expectations too high.

The stay was rather disappointing, especially considering the potential of the natural attractions. While the thermal sulfur lake offers unique healing properties, the lengthy walks in cold weather dampen the experience. The rustic feel could provide a charming getaway, but the neglect in maintenance takes away from its appeal. Ultimately, I felt underprepared and uncomfortable due to inadequate facilities and the necessity to bring personal supplies for a proper stay.

However, the overall maintenance of the facilities was disappointing, which detracted from the experience. The need for better infrastructure was clear. If they focused on improvements, this place could potentially shine.
